Accidently fed my Crested Gecko a Mealworm?

Im soooo scared because I just figured out that they are not suppossed to have mealworms. I fed him 2 so now im afraid that hes going 2 die of impaction! What should I do ?? I have had him for 5 days and fed him the mealworms the 2nd day I had him. Pleez don't yell at me! My mom wont take him to a vet just incase and she will never take an animal to the vet unless it is a dog!!!! Should I be worried???? Help! He has not POOP yet and he is in a 10 gallon tall( hes a juviniale) and he has a vine deco papertowel bedding and a cdg bowl and gets misted 3 times a day. Should I Be worried ? why no pooppyy? help?
