Candle Soot ruining carpet...HELP?

Hello, does anyone know how to get the black stuff (soot) that comes from a candles wick out of carpet?? My 4 yr old took a candle off my dresser (not lit of course) and all the black stuff dropped on the carpet. I tried cleaning a spot up w/the carpet stain remover I normally use and it just smeared it into a bigger spot. i also got the hand vac out and got up all loose pieces, bu the rest are imbedded. I've seen in ads for vitamin supliments the claim that most vitamin pills p right through you and end up in the toilet undisolved and then they claim that their "Uncle" cleans port-a-potties for a living and finds a ton of undisolved pills in the drain. Is this an Urban Myth concocted just to sell expensive suppliments? Even if it were true that they p through you, wouldn't all the uric acid and the chemicals they use in there disolve the pills long before the cleaning guy got there? Im uming when I go to court for this I will be arrested. What are my options? Can i just pay the old fines to get rid of the warrants or is there another way I will have to go about this? How can I tell if my Pok�mon Leaf Green is hacked?

For christmas I got the 5 third gen pokemon games and I started playing leaf green. What makes me think it's hacked is that I've come across 2 shiny pokemon, one shiny haunter which I caught, and a shiny Dratini in safari zone which got away. With only 75 hours of playing time and the odds of finding a shiny being about 1 in 8200, I think my game may have been hacked; I bought it used and it was shipped from Hong Kong (sounds shady right?). There are no other noticeable problems with the game, my pokemon stats all seem normal etc. I don't mind the extra shinies, I'd just like to know if there is a way to tell if it's been hacked.

How do i recover an unsaved doent when Microsoft Word was no longer responding?

so i was typing up my essays for my internship program that i was going to apply for. and my computer auto saves all of the stuff but i didnt save the stuff myself like pushing the save on and everything. i copied and pasted the paragraphs onto the application form. but then my microsoft word froze and said it wasnt responding. and then the little window popped up and i clicked restart it and so it said that it was recovering it and then it restarted it but it only restarted it as blank forms and a blank page. i went to go and check my clipboard and then there was nothing there at all. is there any way for me to recover the stuff or is it lost forever? Yes- we have dogs that are somewhat intimidating and my mom and my MIL don't like them all that much. The solution is simple. When they are over (which doesn't happen often because we don't live in the same town) we crate our dogs up and we don't bring them when we go to visit. My family is more important to me than my dogs and I would not do anything to make them uncomfortable.

Why is my motorcycle stalling?

Chokes aren't like light switches, either on or off, but more like a dimmer switch. There's nothing wrong with riding a bike with the choke partially on. Personally, I do not and would not ever set there 3-4 minutes waiting for the bike to warm up. I fire them up and in cold weather put my gloves on and then ride off. With partial choke on. It's usually about a mile away before I can turn the choke off completely. As long as you aren't redlining a cold engine, riding it with the engine cold does no damage and in fact, they warm up faster than just setting there. I've always done it that way and my oldest bike has 115,000 miles and the newer on 93,000, so it must not hurt them.

My green budgie(tweety) seemed very paniced about this. After the clippin she tried to fly, and flew right into mirror, and fell few steps down. We put them into the cage, and i went to check on them every hour and tweety seemed to stuck to the cage, with his neck to the cage, and breathing deeply. While my blue budgie(sweety) seemed fine. Now that is an easy one for me. I would have to say a Suzuki Burgman 400. Gets very good mpg. I have about 10 friends that have Burgmans. They ride most of the time on the back road here in Texas, but it is very good on the HWY also.. I also found a Burgman site on Ebay. They have 3 stores in Ohio and one in Pa. If you buy one from them off Ebay you will save about $800.00. If you buy a Burgman get an 08. Alot better then an 07. I have read alot about them and other 400's on the net. I have a 06 Acura TSX w/ stock alternator and battery. Headunit is factory and amps run off speaker level inputs. All car speakers (four 6" and two 6x9) are Alpine Type-R. I have two Alpine 12" Type-R subs. These are 4+4ohm DVC models that I have wired for 2 ohms, each powered by its own Alpine MRP-M450 amp. Amps are 2 ohm stable at 400 watts. An Alpine MRP-F450 feeds all 6 speakers. Two seperare 4ga wires power a 1 farad (speaker amp) and 5 farad cap (both sub amps). The two caps negative leads are run together into a distribution block that outputs one 4 ga ground. The remote turn on is run serially left sub amp to speaker amp to right sub amp. System is 3 months old. When listening to music, my sub amps will turn on and off but my speakers will not. Speakers have never cut off. Both sub amps will turn on and off together. Amps do not have a fault light. I have rewired grounds and recharged caps. Voltages are over 14. Gain is +0.5V, B is +1db @ amps, -2 @ head.

What Type of Budgie Do I have?

I realize I have the traditional budgerigar, but what I want to know is what, I guess, color variation my budgie/parakeet is. Obviously this is my first budgie, so I don't know the lingo or all the details, but here is my description: he's very slim and small (but that may be due to his young age), not pudgy like most, and he's almost completely white. He has blue splotches on his chest and belly, but that's all. He has the black bars on top of his head, cheeks, and around his neck, but nowhere else. He does have black spots on his back, though and right at his shoulder blades where his wings begin. However, the back of his wings and tail feathers are completely white. He has a blue spot on his rump, though, right above his tail. And on the underside of his tail he has two base feathers that end in black tips. That is it, though. He's basically all white save for the blue splotches on his chest and belly. If there are too many color variations to determine what he could be, though, I kind of understood that, but I was just wondering if there was a specific name for what I have. Any additional info would be great, though! I love learning about animals! Sources are great, too.

I am a 10th grader and will be taking all CP cles next year. I thought my Spanish teacher would recommend me for honors but aparantly not. Honestly, its BS these college prep cles are a joke I should have been in honors last year I just didn't have the grades, I have straight A's this year in these dumb cles and am only being move up one level. Is memory loss common with seizures?

Last Saturday, out of no where, I had a really bad seizure. I've never had 1 in the past. We don't know why I had one, I just did. It resulted in a head injury with a laceration to the bridge of my nose and a partial deviation of my septum, not to mention two HUGE black eyes. (I fell off a bar stool on to my face) Anyhow... ever since the seizure I can't remember very much. I remember waking up finding my husband VERY scared and the ambulance taking me to the ER. Ever since then I forget where I am sometimes, and completely forget what my Dr and friends tell me. I feel really bad but I just don't remember even talking to them. I had a CT scan and a EEG done, but I am awaiting EEG results.And, I get super dizzy and kneel down b/c I'm scared I'm going to have another seizure. First of all, they are not cheap motors and don't worry about blowing them up. The Kymco lineup is exceptional, I currently have two Kymco models with over 12,000 miles on both, and both of them are derestricted to go 50mph. First of all, there are two different models of the Super 9. A liquid cooled one, and an air cooled one. The air cooled one has no restriction on the cdi. The liquid one has an exposed green wire on the cdi, you want to cut this wire.There is two more derestrictions on this vehicle. One is in the variator, a piece called the boss drive. A restricted one has a shoulder, the derestricted one has no shoulder.. The other is the carburetor main jet, it needs to be replaced to #88 main jet. Ok so my dad is diabetic and has kidney, heart and lung problems, so this sunday i took my dad to the hospital because he said he didnt feel rite and he was a little weak which wasnt normal to us so they said he might have urine yest infectiont (i thought only females had that??? )) so they sent him to dou (direct observation unit) which is next to icu (intensive care unit) then yesterday he was sent back down 2 floors with nothing hooked up on him just nurses giving him meds so i visited him rite after skool and my dad doesnt talk or move and is totally spaced out and asked them wtf is going on and there like nothing n im like why isnt he doing anything theyre like was he like this before you brought him here i was like noo!!! so theyre like o we didnt knw that we thought this is how he usually is so im fkn pissed off and i talked to 3 nurses and a doc so now theyre running labs and drawing blood and i the doctor said this might be a little confused because we moved him rooms and i told him straight out i dont by that how the hell is someone out of no where be confused and not move or talk because they moved him rooms like come on thats bsa and hes like also might be cause of an infection but today they still dont know wtf is going on can someone help me and tell me what you think and maybe what i should tell the doctors today when i go see him again because this is ridiculous how they aint doing shytt so plz someone help me.......

Rate/Fix my Crystal Beast deck (yugioh)?

Hey, it is a pretty nice deck. It is well tought out and looks like it could cause some trouble!!! I would maybe advise you to take out the second rainbow dragon just, because their are very hard to summon. Try to add some more magic cards like heavy storm and Mystical space typhoon, and magic cards that support your monsters. You can try adding a morphing jar, because it can dump your crystal beats into the grave so you can summon rainbow dragon faster. Lastly, I would try to get some new crystal beast support cards from the new Jesse Anderson pack, like Crystal Realease, Rare Value, and Crystal Tree. They are hard to get, but will make a great addition to your already good crystal beast deck. If you have a local card shop you can get some good deals there. Hope these changes will make your crystal beast deck even beaster!!!

Does neighborhood electricity usage effect a homes amperage amount?

For example: I notice that when I microwave hot water for 2 minutes at 7am, it is not as hot as it would be at 2-3 am. Heart rate is extremely subjective, as we are all different. That being said, I have two insights. First you said you had your heart rate tested. Who was testing? I ask because later you ask if you should see a doctor. If your pulse wasn't taken by a professional it may have been misread. The second point is, if you are ever uncertain about your health, you should see a doctor. They don't mind, it is there job to make sure you feel healthy. You heart rate when exercising was high, but not dangerously so. Even still, exercise a little slower while you build up your aerobic stamina.

Your mother is putting you in a very bad place and it is not fair of her BUT she doesn't even know how to solve her own problem let alone yours. If you can find someplace until you are 18 and are finished school that would be wonderful .. I really hope you can get out of there. Get an after school job as soon as you are able and save every penny you can for your future. You are learning from this how important it is to pick out your wife, the future mother of your children. Skateboard cracking please help?

So Ive been dating my boyfriend for over a year now. I live in Ottawa and in September he went away to McGill for school. We've been doing really really well with the distance. in's Creed 2 achievement help. Glitched?

OK. I'm playing AC2 around the fourth sequence. There is a problem. Every time I earn an achievement, the banner pops up, however, I go to view it and my profile says I have 0Gamerscore. The game saves and I dashboard to see my achievements. It has my usual amount there, however, the achievement I just got doesn't appear. When I start my game again, the story continues from after the point where I got the achievement. This problem occurs for ANY achievement I earn, not just main story line achievements. I'm thinking about modding my gamerscore just for those achievements that I earned and didn't recieve. Does anyone have any advice to resolve this problem. 5 points to whomever solves it first. My parents have separated and I'm just coming home from college 4 good. My mom is living with friends. First off you never see Taekwondo in MMA. The reason people use Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ and Wrestling its because they work. Is there a chance that I am pregnant from doing this?

Can someone help me remember this old PSX Robot/Mech RPG?

Basically it was a turn-based RPG with mechs. It was similar to Final Fantasy tactics, only it has mechs with Right/Left Arm Health + Head Health + Torso Health + Legs Health. The most amazing thing i have never seen in my life?

My work is ociated with east African countries, mostly Kenya and Ethiopia. I just got back from Ethiopia with the weirdest encounter of my life, which changed my previous sympathy for the country. It all started with me and my co-worker as we visited the Lake Tana that’s the origin of Nile River in Ethiopia. There on the lake were these poor Ethiopians trying to fish while we sow one man dropping bunch of fishes, , shrimps and lobsters, etc..back to the lake, I asked him why he was doing that, he looked at me with surprise and asked with broken English what else he could do with them. I told him why couldn’t he eat them or give them to other people, he shouted out, how people could eat such things and left immediately. We were both so surprise, imagine how shrimps and can’t be eaten and the weird part is, they are Ethiopians always suffering with hunger and famine. After we encounter this we tried to show to the local people how to eat, shrimps, and different kinds of fish as they only eat one type of fish , we cooked and tried to give them to taste, some of them were actually vomiting for just watching us eat and none of them dare to try, my friend was laughing at their stupidity but I was actually offended and the worst part is not just sea foods that they don’t know how to eat, we found out there are many types vegetables that they don’t know how to eat specially mushroom they call it “ umbrella of hyena” and children play with is everywhere on the street , but no one use them as food, my general encounter is that poverty is both mental and physical in Ethiopia and they are the poorest and the most proudest people I have ever seen. Can you imagine, they think eating pork is disobeying God? Anyway Kenya is relatively better, actually they are growing economically better than Ethiopians, and they know mushrooms, sea foods and pork are for food. My friend and I now working on project to teach Ethiopians what to eat hopefully we can get somewhere, anyone who read this can give me idea to include in the project I am posting this again & again because I haven’t really got good idea for my project
