Has anyone heard of the dog pedicure???

i was at a friends house last night and i saw an ad for an electric nail filer for animals ( cats, dogs...) i swear it was called the pedicre and i have been searching all over online to try and find this tool for my dog as an alternative to clipping his nails...this tool had a sander on it and it just filed down the nails making it painless for the animal...if anyone knows where i could find this or somehtng like it i would love to know!!!
