Is my budgie in some kind of trauma?

Today Sept. 19th, 2010, me an my older brother were clipping my 2 budgies wings. We cut 4 feathers, so they wouldnt be able to fly in to the kitchen. I've had them for about 3 months, and they've been free birdies. They would fly in and out of the cage of their chose. This was there first clipping. My green budgie(tweety) seemed very paniced about this. After the clippin she tried to fly, and flew right into mirror, and fell few steps down. We put them into the cage, and i went to check on them every hour and tweety seemed to stuck to the cage, with his neck to the cage, and breathing deeply. While my blue budgie(sweety) seemed fine. I am worried my tweety might of been in shock of the clippin, and is in some sort of trauma. Please Help Me, i am veryyy scared i love themvery much!!!
