Is the guy on Can I Have Your Number (Mad Tv) really a woman?

I've heard that the guy on the skit "Can I Have your Number" by Mad Tv is a woman named Nicole Randall.I tried looking it up on snopes but it didn't work. Is this true? If so,please provide some proof-i.e where you found it.Thanks :)
