Do I have mono or a sinus infection or something else?

Sounds like a sinus infection, because if you had mono you would be REALLY tired. I mean REALLY REALLY tired, like p out from walking up the stairs tired... Plus mono is a throat thing, not a ear thing... Get you some of that nasal spray and some aleve if you're running a fever and such. Hope you feel better
