Buying hookah pipe and shisha online underage?

I'm 16 and have a debit card and I was wondering if I ordered a hookah pipe and some shisha from a hookah website, or somewhere like ebay, would they know that i'm not 18? in other words, could i do this without getting in any kind of trouble?
