How do Anime Publish ? :]?

Umm, anouh, I finish the making the story (now making the series) and also the drawings. And yesh, my drawings are improved :). But, I dont know what is the first path to make my (making) manga publish? :]. Add Info: Im 16 :]. Arigato Gozaimasu ^_^
