Can a marijuana high cause a heart attack right then and there?

I know for older people smoking increases the RISK for a heart attack, but I'm 18 years old and I had some dank kush, I thought I was going to die. Can one get a heart attack from smoking to much and being high? Not down the road... but while you're high can you get a heart attack from your heart beating too fast?
