Can someone help me remember this old PSX Robot/Mech RPG?

Basically it was a turn-based RPG with mechs. It was similar to Final Fantasy tactics, only it has mechs with Right/Left Arm Health + Head Health + Torso Health + Legs Health. As you go along, you get better parts to work with like better weapons for arms, better legs that allow you to levitate. It's been a long time since I played this game and I wish I could remember the name.
