Hey douse anyone know what this movie is called?

I saw this movie a while back but i dont remember what its called. Its about some experiments with shark DNA in this lab by the ocean and the sharks grow legs and arms and walk on land and start killing everybody and the good guy tryed to stop it before the mutation
