Is there an effortless way to loose weight?

Yes, you can cut your food intake in half and probably stay healthy, but you STILL need exercise. You will feel better with exercise, as the endorphins released by the brain during exercise are natural pain killers created by the body. The body is a wonderful machine, don't try to FOOL it by not exercising because it will know and punish you, you can't outsmart it.
