The truth is that anyone can sue anyone. If you dispense medicine to a co-worker, you are a target for a lawsuit if anything happens. You would be far better protected if you simply offered the entire first aid kit to people who want medicine. Let them pick their own poison, so to speak. I can't guarantee you won't be sued, but you'll cut down the risk considerably.
