Lady with Monkey in Sarasota, FL for birthday party?

Anyone familiar with the lady in Sarasota who has a monkey that she brings to birthday parties? We're looking for a way to contact her...we want to reserve her for an upcoming party. A friend of the family hired her for a birthday party for her daughter, but she's lost her contact information and we can't find her anywhere!
